DESCRIPTION
- Norway Atlantic frozen salmon (whole), is around 4-5kg+-
- Around 4kg+-per pc fish after processing, you will get 1 whole piece fish head, 1 pack fish bone, 2 packs fish tail and 14-16packs fish fillet
- Fish fillet quantity depends on fish weight, 1 fillet is around 160-200g+-
- We provide descaling, deboning, cutting, come with individual vacuum pack for FREE
- Whole fish is taken for weight measurement, after descaling and deboning, the net weight will be lesser around 300g+- to 600g+-
- If keep frozen (-18°C) properly, it can last for 3 months
